As a State fan living in Austin (for a long time), I used to refer to Utejas as "the other UT" since Tennessee had won a national championship and been relevant. Now, UT means Utejas because Tennessee has been god-awful for a decade or more and the longhorns have a more recent national championship.
Unrelated: Also, I used to really like aggies since I thought they were actually hard working farmer/engineer types.. Now, I realize they really are tsips in disguise.
They don't like working for shite but love talking about how much money their school has (oil endowment money).
The supposed aggie-code may have once meant something but now is a farce.
TLDR: Tennessee sucks and aggies are baby-tsips.
