So really bama fans. You really believe that the reason you have all of those championships all of those national recruits, all of the historical financial backing...that has nothing to do with political gain, the historically influential alabama crime syndicate, and a systemic method of gaming the system to achieve personal gain. Please one intelligent bama fan tell me that the reason you have these riches is just because you are that much better as an institution of higher learning, scholastic excellence and athletic prowess. You really think it's Dre Kirkpatrick's work ethic that has put you where you are?

since I was not alive and did not witness the improprieties which I claim, I will just give you my opinion based on the things I have learned in my life about the subject, that's what the truckers do too, I didn't claim them as a source just another opinion which i respect. Another opinion I have is that you are coming weak in this thread, I don't have a source but in my opinion you fail at logic and looking up words in a dictionary. I don't mean this to be condescending but I will not be replying to you anymore because I think it distracts from the discussion I am trying to have with any rational bama fans that may be objective about their program. You, obviously, are just upset and certainly not up to the challenge.

I thought you were a writer Bill. As a writer, you should know that when you make a claim as to things that have or have not happened, you back up said claims by quoting sources for said claims (ie quoting a source). As your definitions, you are living proof that a little knowlege is a dangerous thing. The second definition you quoted is generally used in the context where evidence is ambiguous, and more than one logical conclusion may be drawn from such evidence (ie when experts debate something). However, for intelligent people, they engage in this more subtle form of opinion by giving evidence to support their opinion (for example, when debating on how the pyramids were built). When Someone says "aliens built the pyramids" and hides behind "well thats my opinion" without quoting sources with verifiable facts, it makes them look like complete idiots. And no, you're not trying to have a rational conversation- you're trying get people to respond to unsubstantiated conspiracy theories. You've attempted to lend credence to these opinions by stating them as facts and then saying people should believe you because A) You're an Aburn beat writer and B) youve spent long years studying the phenomena that is Alabama football (yet when I point out factual inaccuracies in your analyses you skip over them- remember when I pointed out that Bear came to Bama as a player, not a coach as you tried to pass it off as part of this grand conspiracy?) You're a delusional fan that must create a vast conspiarcy to justify why the program you pull for is behind its rival. You can't respond to any of my posts with facts that back up your delusions- you simply delve deeper into the delusion. You're no different than than the psychotics that end up in psychiatric hospitals becuase they're convinced that "they" are after them. You are so convinced of yourself that any evidence to the contrary merely becomes part of your conspiracy. Its pathetic really. By the way, what do you really do for a living? You're clearly not a writer. I bet its a profession that doesn't require alot of contact with people. Am I right or wrong?
