One of those 'WHAT IF' plays the losing side always remembers.....

With Auburn ahead 28-21 and under 10 seconds remaining in the game, Marcus Washington sacked Mike Bobo for a big loss and the game clock likely would have expired.

Auburn defensive lineman Charles Dorsey reached down and grabbed the ball from Bobo as he was on the ground. Officials chose to stop the clock and spotted the ball. This allowed Bobo to spike the ball on the next snap, stopping the clock with 1 second remaining.

We know what happened next...Georgia scored, sending it to the first overtime game in SEC history. But without that bonehead play, the game is most likely over in regulation.

As mentioned Robert Edwards was unstoppable..hard to believe he started as a DB when he first came to UGa
