Have some Bammer grandparents and some LSU cousins. They never went to school at Bama or LSU, so they are all pretty casual fans and it never really results in anything. But they do like to talk shite.

I like to never say a word about it when we win. They expect me to and it pisses them off when I kill them with kindness.

I feel like I'm in the Bizarro World. My daughter is going to Auburn this fall and my sister just got engaged to a guy who's a member of Tide Pride with football season tickets, etc.

How did this happen ?

I'm an LSU fan and my wife is a Razorback. Except for Thanksgiving and the baseball series, everything is fine.

Never really got in a fight about it, but I tend to take LSU's wins/loses a little too serious. She doesn't like to watch Arkie lose, so she'll go find something else to do if the game isn't looking good for the Hogs.

We'll engage in a little smack talk leading up to the game. She knows my dislike of the Razorbacks goes back to 1988, before they joined the SEC.

My 12 yr. old daughter wears both LSU and Arkansas stuff. My 7 yr. old son is an LSU fan.

At the Ark - LSU baseball series this year, we got some funny comments from R-back fans since my son and I were in LSU stuff and my wife and daughter were in Arkansas stuff.

Wife is a Bama Grad. Never had any problems. She pulls for her team and I pull for mine.

My mom is a Bama fan and my dad is a LSU fan. They get along just fine.

Now my sister and her husband are in the same situation, but it usually gets heated between them. His relatives, who they rarely talk to, will call her up out of the blue to talk smack if LSU wins. And she doesn't like that shite at all.

My father in law watched a game with them a couple of years ago. He said the next year he'd rather go sit by himself in the middle of the woods.

I know a married couple where the man is an Alabama fan and his wife is an Auburn fan. For the entire week of the Iron Bowl, he goes to the camp. They literally cannot be around each other for that week.

My ex-fiance was an Auburn fan when we started dating but I had her converted within a few months. 4 years later she still sends me RTR's via txt when we win a game.

I've got some Arkansas friends who did that to me this year after the football game and I've got plans to call each of them next year and be a straight arse, dickhead WHEN LSU wins.

my family has been pro georgia until recently. had some siblings go to Auburn so now my mom is an AU fan and my dad is 50/50 UGA/AU. so they betrayed the cause

never had a problem with college football and girls i dated except with their arse hole dads (one was a mich state fan AND a michigan fan, total doucher). i say i had no problem but a former lady friend from PSU did text me after we lost to UF this year laughing and i have only responded to her once since.
