Did anyone else see the hit that Adams put on J. Jones-Jones jumped right up but Adams hit him with a elbow as he ran by and Jones flew though the air like a rag doll!!!!!!

Not that it matters because we lost, but JJ had a good day and PP wasn't a factor covering him.

You don't judge a WR/CB duel ONLY on passes thrown their way. McElroy was looking at Julio on almost every play and most of the time he was blanketed, resulting in another sack or trying to throw to someone else. JJ never had any big catches other than the last TD which was just a perfect throw and perfect catch.

JJ wasn't a factor

No big plays or momentum shifting grabs other than what ended up being a meaningless TD

PP's job was to not let JJ beat us, which is what he did last year on just one simple screen.

Yeah, that TD pass was perfect. He didn't burn him for a big play, PP tackled him every time he caught it, and LSU won. Julio is a warrior. I haven't hated on him all year and I'm glad, he is a great receiver. He got way more separation on Mo and he's a good corner as well.

Besides, didn't PP take Trent out of the game?

Since this little moral victory means so much to you (and because I really don't care), I will concede and say JJ was a small factor in your loss to LSU

Two of those tackles being 1 yard short of the 1st down forcing Bama to punt

It took 5-6 guys on the 08 LSU defense to take him down last time he was in TS

Oh we have a shot unlike you, its just a very very small shot

Personally I think we go 1-1 against OM and Arky. OM matches up very well against us and we're gonna need the QBs to play similar to yesterday for us to win. I can pretty much guarantee you 100% that game will go down to the wire. Playing @ Arky when they look to be hitting their stride is gonna be very tough as well

We'll see
