Am i the only one who finds it amusing that every whorn poster says 1. A&M is not a rival, 2. A&M is a no-name nobody AND 3. EVERY post is about A&M with a not so subtle plea to continue a rivalry that was never a rivalry.
Can we just ban these big 12 fans from the Rant? They don't add anything, and unlike the Clemson fans, they don't have a reason to post on here. Clemson's rival is a SEC school, they've played an additional nonconfere nce game against a SEC team, and has actually won big games.

UK Basketball = ELITE | 8 NCAA banners + 1 NIT (from 40's when pre NCAA)
Utx Football = Above average = 4
Outside of basketball, UK sports has
NC in football from the Bear Bryant tenure
NC in T&F
2 NC in rifle and about 1/2 dozen Runner Ups
About 2 dozen Cheerleading national championships tho not NCAA
Multiple finishes between Top 10 and Top 20 for Directors Cups
Ranked football team
Ranked volleyball team
Ranked MBB team
Ranked WBB team
Ranked T&F
Ranked gymnastics
Ranked rifle team
Not sure about baseball and softball but usually ranked

Kentucky is overachieving with what they have to work with
Utx is underachieving with what they have to work with
Utx is probably a baseball school that likes to think they are a football school
If that were not enough, without Kentucky and Tennessee you would still be part of Mexico.

They've never had any hazing rights over Colorado, Nebraska, or Mizzou. They joined our conference, not the other way around, then proceeded to destroy it.

I think Texas kept it going for another 15 years.
Colorado was looking to leave.
Oklahoma was going to leave.
Only Nebraska thinks the Big 8 was a perfect conference. Shouldn't listen to Nebraska fans. I have never in my life seen a fanbase spiral down like Nebraska has.

If you look at the votes in the Big XII.
The Oklahoma schools and Colorado aligned themselves with the Texas schools.
All three of those schools didn't want anything to do with Nebraska.
The anger in the Big 8 existed before the merge.
Colorado was always out of place and Oklahoma needed Texas more than they needed Nebraska

At least Kentucky is ELITE in 1 sport. You are good in football but certainly not elite. Sure Michigan has lots of all time wins against lost of teams they could beat in th Big House but would not go on the road to play. Nobody has considered them ELITE since what, the 1950's?

Yeahhh, no. The only school seriously looking to leave the Big 8 was Colorado, the rest were cool with the conference. Try and bend it however you want to make texas look better, but bevo came into the conference with an invite, along with the other Texas schools then proceeded to wreck havic on the newly formed conference. Arky also knows all about bevo arrogance and destruction that follows you guys.
