It wasn't just the 7 OTs, though. It was the game itself.
It was game for sure over...wait...game not over amazing!...wait...game probably over...he made the FG!...game not over....now game is probablty over....still not over!
It just went on and on and on, with both bruising physicality and amazing, highlight plays.

As an outside observer of both it's not even close to excitement of Kick Six. Honestly after the 3rd overtime I was thinking "why won't this just end, both teams are playing not to lose".

The 74-72 was one of the best games ever in terms of clutch plays and insanity. It didn't have the championship stakes of other great games but was still pretty incredible

And nobody really cares that aTm finally beat Lsu which took 7 ots to accomplish. Most of us rooted for aTm to win because of the certain glorious melts by Lsu, which they lived up to. Know the difference. Kick 6 tops them all.
