These really aren't bad teams. They're just average. The problem is average is good enough to be playing for the conference championship out west.
I'm not sure Utah wouldn't drop three games in the Big XII. They'd lose at least 1 in the ACC. Virginia is better. Louisville is just as good.

Yes, slower. Having 3-4 speedsters isn't the same as having speed at every position - especially on D.

I was with you until this. The ACC is the worst P5, and it’s not close. Virginia s decent and they would be competitive against either of these teams but they wouldn’t beat them. Louisville is a complete dumpster fire on offense.
