Alabama hazes pretty badly. I had a lot of friends in fraternities there and they put/were put through way worse stuff than what happens at Ole Miss fraternities. It's some intense stuff.

Yeah, I was the same way. It sucked when I was pledging. However, I actually miss those days now. Being put through adversity is a great way to develop/strengthen brotherhood.

SAE's and Pikes had it worse than we did. A lot of it stopped after my class. (Another chapter killed a pledge in Texas with hazing related drinking so the hammer came done on everyone.) I just didn't remember hearing Bama pledges had it worse back then but it is cyclical. This whole chapter is about to lose its charter and be GDI's.
