Jones played on a bottom 5 defense, he's obviously going to have more opportunities to make plays when his unit can't get off the field. Calling him better than Hightower and Mosley is laughable.

Nobody cares. Lsu has moved on from dylan moses and will close this class out with some great linebackers. I've seen moses get handled before, I'm from br. He's not all that he's built up to be. Good for him for going to bama, but lsu isn't scared of dylan moses lol.

The difference in plays per game on a defense from #1 to #32 is 8.

So 128 plays over the course of a season. I'd say that's a substantial number. PFF is biased though and being named an all pro is meaningless. They just have Bama bias. Poor debo and kwon got screwed. They're obviously better, it's just no one can tell because Bama bias

Haha I'm not saying I'm absolutely right, but I feel like you're being purposely obtuse

That gif is hilarious. Saban is gonna have to coach a 'king' the basics like using the sideline as the 12th defender

Based on what? The guys that grade without bias are saying "these guys are better at their job"

So, we can expect nothing but praise from you regarding the number 4 team in the country then.

Good to know.

Uh yeah...that would be lsu's clyde edwards helaire from br catholic. That's not the only time I've seen moses get dominated. He got his lunch taken against parkview and rummel just to name a couple I've seen personally.

I use to think PFF was really good and still think it is a useful website but I remember some players calling out PFF for their incorrect assumptions on what play were being run.

Where are you finding that?

Their final ranking has LSU ranked 21st

LINK

Their 2017 preseason ranking has them at 10th. Where is 4 coming from?

Here's the actual numbers. The gap isn't that much.

Baltimore - 62.1 ppg
New England - 62.4 ppg
Atlanta - 66.2 ppg
Tampa - 63.3 ppg

Mosley - 56 tackles
Hightower - 31 tackles
Jones - 75 tackles
Alexander - 108 tackles

Wait, are we actually debating which college team has better LBs? Kwon, Debo Coker, Beckwith, some other dudes.. Need I say more?

Talking S+P. Why would I be using their top 25? It's no different than any of the others.

It's just hilarious that you want to use PFF as some end all to the discussion when you'll be the first to dismiss their college rankings in order to try and troll LSU.

I was confused as well

It's weird how LSU has 7 LBs in the NFL and Bama has 6. Especially since Bama is LBU.

eta: I guess we'll call it a tie because Mingo wasn't a LB in college.
