Sure but don't pretend they are a top ten team when they were.
As an example, beating FSU probably looked impressive in August, but now we know how dumb it would look to brag "we beat a top ten team!"

Then why have rankings in the first place? If you play a team ranked higher than you and win, they’re going to fall. Maybe that loss catapults them to future losses. That shouldn’t be some kind of indictment on the lower ranked team that won.
