I really can't think of a worse call in that situation. Just has to be some type of play action with an option for him to take off... create a passing lane.. or run it in.

In crucial situations, that is a terrible play call unless you have tall tree like receivers or good hands TE's.
Also, gotta have a Qb who has the touch. So many send it sailing uncatchable, out of bounds.

When you see the fade pass being called, as the play is happening, you're already shaking your head, knowing it's probably not gonna work.
