I am rooting for Florida since LSU has already been declared the winner of their game

Mack Brown was a former LSU assistant.

and then there is the "world is fricking ending" levels that we are currently seeing in this thread from other posters.

Please.. this isn't shite compared to the crap posted in Bama game threads like the Au game or the end of the Tenn. game.

UF was the clear cut to-be-winner of the East.. I think most people are just shocked..

I think we still will be until we actually get into SEC play and face UGA or USC and that changes. I think a number 4 rating was too high, but we're going to be competitive in the SEC, especially the East.

I stay out of those threads, too many Bammers.

That's why I've avoided the SEC Rant this offseason.

Florida's offense without Tebow looks like if Meyer went up to the Florida track team and said "hey we gotta game tomorrow. Wanna play football?"

You have to get 5 yards so you run a 3 yard route?

I expect to eventually see an offensive mix more akin to what we saw when Leak was the QB. Might just take some time to implement it back in. Despite what's assumed around here, not every offensive player for UF is 5'9 and 178lbs.

Yeah, you have Moody. Too bad he runs soft and fumbles more often than he holds onto the ball.

We have more than Moody and he doesn't run soft. And with Demps and Rainey getting so many carries last year he never had a chance to get into a rhythm.

UF will still be a good team. D will be solid. God they need a standard 220 pound HB though. This Rainey/Demps stuff does not work without the LB's wondering if Tebow will tuck it and run instead of pitching it.

Missing out on Trent Richardson might literally be the difference in 2 games for them this year.

If Miami OH had an average offense we would have a good game.
