i'm still half asleep but when our dude took the credit card and bought gas...nm i looked it up- he ended up only getting 10 days in jail. i remember talk about it being some form of identity theft since it involved a credit card but that must have been just yapping. it happened in march last year just right before all the shite hit the fan- seems like an eternity ago.
