He has to have NFL talent at the interior DL position for his defense to be effective. He is a shitty at developing LB's to say the least.

We led the SEC in '14 without NFL talent on DL. Sure it helps but every coordinator has a minimum talent threshold.

As for a position coach at LB, was this sarcasm?

Just from his time at LSU, Riley, Cutrera, Kelvin, Minter, Kwon come to mind.

Unless you had the field set up so opponents' offenses always ran downhill before Chavis showed up, I don't believe you.
