It's a federal case. There will be a pre-sentencing report where the judge will get a sentencing range recommendation based on any criminal history, positive or negative findings, etc. Given the number of charges she faced, even though they let her plead to just one count, I'd be very surprised if a federal judge departed from that range on the low side.
