They just really really suck at talent evaluation and player development. If not for Vince Young and Colt McCoy, Mack Brown would have been fired years ago.

One of my best friends (fellow battalion commander) is an Ag alumn. Other than the uniforms (which I am a huge fan of) and Yell Leaders (not a fan of at all) I know nothing of their traditions.
