I feel bad that March preseason rankings are not exciting for Alabama fans anymore.

When have top 25 rankings 6 months prior to the start of a football season ever been "exciting"?

comes out to roughly 8-5 per season. There's absolutely 8 win teams that end up in the top 25.

Do you mean the current number 1 AP basketball team in the nation? That ALABAMA?

Yes, that Alabama. It's also the Alabama that missed the CFB Playoffs.

Was I unclear about something?

FTR, I hope you all do very well in the tournament.

some close losses too (Bama by 6, State by 2) but I’m sure you don’t care about those

I care about those games as much as I care about your wins against Kentucky (by 3) and 5-7 A&M (by 3). Which is to say, not very much.

They are always interesting. But the only person that claimed they were exciting was an Alabama fan. I merely used his words.

On an apples to apples schedule or a Big Whatever schedule versus an SEC schedule?

8-5 last year playing in a pee wee league. Arkansas 7-6 in a big boy league. And big titties curb stomped that arse using the only measurement that really counts.

To quote Dean Wormer "You'll get your chance, smart guy" in a year or two. Best enjoy the Baylors, WVUs, etc. before the Bamas, LSUs, Georgias, and even Arkansas for that matter, get ahold of that arse.

Who the hell knows. EVERYBODY has UGA number one. Does anybody know the last team to 3 peat? Thats right, since the poll era there has not been one. The odds are way in favor Of UGA not doing it. Not Vegas odds but the odds that govern luck and favor.
Then there is always that team that comes from nowhere and who knows what Auburn will do. What if Clemson gets it together?

These things are fun to talk about but they mean literally nothing.

I casually pay attention the spring practice...and usually more to figure out who might portal out if they don't win a starting job. Football off season is pretty uninteresting for a Georgia fan. I pay a little attention to baseball and very little attention to basketball.

I think Georgia fans just want to be discussed. They probably find it strange that no one cares about their championships. No one on here cared about Bama's either. All 6 of them.

UGA fans don't feel bad at all... but thank you for your concern. We can't help it that we still have something to be excited about football year round. From the attacks anybody gets on this forum for mentioning it this time of year, we must be the only team that can say that.

I think that's why he posted it. because it is fun to talk about but it means nothing. What do you want Georgia fans to talk about? Basketball?

**Hasn't someone proven or at least insinuated he is not really a Georgia fan?

Rohan, great to see you posting. Family is well and I hope my health problems are behind me. I pray you and yours are healthy and happy.
When I talk to Harry I will tell him you said hi.

You know I’m a closet LSU fan so I try to pull the LSU posters leg every once in a while.
Take care, Herman.

And yet Bama fans talked about them constantly. But we can't?

The odds were certainly against us running the table last season after losing 15 players to the NFL draft too. We seem to be defying alot of odds these days.

What the heck are you talking about man?! To hear Texas fans tell it, they're gonna run the table and even UGA doesn't stand a chance against them. And you wanna know why? Because they beat us in a bowl game in 2019, so that settles it!

Teams who just missed the cut included SOUTH CAROLINA, TEXAS A&M

Texas A&M missing is what surprised me the most. With their big class getting an extra year of experience and hiring Petrino as OC, I would think they could be ranked in the top 15 or so. 2024 is where i really think they could make some noise, but they need to back that class up to develop depth. One class can't get it done anymore.

You obviously haven't been paying attention to alot of your Texas fan friends on other threads. Every time a UGA fan says a single thing about Texas, they throw up the fact that Texas beat UGA the last time we played, as if that had anything to do with the present.
