Yep. Unfortunately.

They contract the work out now, I believe. The UC Report or something like that.

247 and Rivals made them quit.

In short - your top recruit nets you 100% of their points, and the second best recruit gets you a bit less of their total points, etc.

Alabama had a higher average recruit. That said, Alabama lost a higher percentage of points from the 2 additional 4* recruits than UGA.

It's an interesting way of doing it. I presume it operates on the concept that if you're a lower-tier 4* on a team with 14 4* and 4 5* ahead of you, you are less likely to contribute than a lower-tier 4* on a team with two 5* and six 4* recruits.
