Kids these days are such pansies

jangalang just downvoted me because I reminded him he said no one should be allowed to own an AR-15.

I on the other hand believe you should not only own an AR-15, you should take your wife and kids with you so they can shoot it. Heck, invite your neighbors and make it a range day. But not jangalang.

He got SO much pushback I wrote a quick little song about it. My next SEC rant single will be “jangalang hates the 2nd amendment.”

Also, jangalang thinks a magazine is a clip. That is a fatal slip when discussing guns.

They do the same exact thing. A magazine holds cartridges in a gun so they can be loaded into the chamber. A clip holds cartridges so they can be loaded in a chamber. Can you name a gun that uses a clip? Can you name a gun that uses a magazine? (I gave you a hint.)

I think I understand firearms. But I am always willing to learn. Explain to me the different purposes of a clip and a magazine. Please? Explain it to me like I am an Alabama fan.











Has anyone else bought M1 garands from the CMP in Anniston?

I wish I had sunk all my retirement funds 15-20 years ago into CMP garands and imported SKS’s.
