I saw 4 AU students attack a UT fan in the parking lot after a game you DA.
I saw a number of AU fans attack a UF fan in the bathroom once. All fan bases have those few idiots.
I had an AU dad in his 40's say something disrepectful to me last night.

Let's all have fun and rib each other, but there is no need to cross the line. Stuff like that normally comes from a place of weakness. We all want our teams to win, but the way we behave should be a model for the younger folks to emulate.
And if you can't handle your alcohol, maybe you should have a coke instead of a beer. Don't be that guy.

Absolutely not! I am just talking in general as there was some back and forth about who has the worst fans.
Every fan base has some awesome fans, and people are missing out if you don't engage with the opposing colors and spend time with your rivals pre-game and also post game.
Lot of good folks wearing all kinds of other colors, even red!
And Orange & Blue!

an interesting observation since I was at the game. All opposing fans from various SEC teams sitting around me were pulling for UF last night.

Well I can assure you, all the LSU fans on the rant were pulling for Bama last night. Just go back about 5 pages in this thread and they were giddy as shite when Bama went up 6-3 in the top of the 11th. Only Auburn fans were pulling for UF.
They are still pissed Sully didn't accept their offer and they had to settle for Johnson.
Just kidding LSU fans we all know he was never offered the position.

Nah, I stay out of coaching searches and hirings/firings. Too many times I have been wrong about coaches I thought were good or bad, so I just leave that to whoever is cutting the checks.

Someone with the SEC kept a tally sheet on the Vandy Whistler last night and tweeted it this morning.
327 whistles for the whole game with 123 of those taking place in the 8th inning.
First inning had the fewest whistles at 10.
