UK was terrible all season shooting FT's. I do not understand college and pro players who can't make 80% of FT's.

Same. Shooting FTs is how i learned the mechanics of Shooting the ball. I spent hours and hours in the driveway Shooting FTs.

It is a lost art, like good special teams play in football. Shoot free throws well and you will win a lot of close games.
