Yeah and LSU will win the college football playoff this year…
In all seriousness Miami looks to be a great team this year and Tua has been playing astronomically better. But until Miami actually DOES make the Super Bowl I really don’t understand how anyone can say Tua has had a better start to his career than Burrow.

Well Tua sure as hell hasn’t come anywhere close to doing that so I don’t understand your argument
Relax, I didn't say anything about Tua. You said:

The whole purpose of playing the game is to make it to the super bowl.
I was simply stating that if you are going to boil down the "whole purpose" of playing a game to a singular result as you have done, then it should say the whole purposes is to "win" the super bowl, not "make it to the game."

I’m not saying Tua has had a better start to his career than Burrow. Just saying that the Dolphins are legit this year and they have an opportunity to make a deep run this year.
As a franchise, I think they are better set up to have sustained success over the next few years than Cincinnati. If the Bengals don’t figure out how to keep Burrow from being sacked 6 times a game, he will either have to find a new team at the end of his rookie deal, or risk having to retire early from repeated seasons of getting pummeled.

Great job of subtly baiting the hook. Let's see how many Swamptards bite.

Doesn't even include Trevor Lawrence, who went first the next year and is looking very good this year.
That kid has made some serious strides. Last year was a dumpster fire for him (admittedly a lot of that could be blamed on the program he was saddled with), but he's seriously come on strong. Based on his YPA it looks like Jacksonville has realized they don't have a consistent deep threat at WR and is playing to that strength. Lawrence has been solid in his precision.
They'd be downright scary with a Tyreek Hill or Ja'Marr Chase giving them someone to keep defenses honest.

Getting away from Urban Mayer, getting a good coach for QBs and adding Christian Kirk have been huge.

That's a solid point.
*All number from the regular season)
Burrow was sacked 32 times his rookie year (3.2 times per game), 51 times last year (3.2 times per game), and 15 times so far this year (5 per game).
Another big thing is that this year he's getting sacked for every 8.3 drop backs; compared to every 10.2 drop backs last year. I haven't watched enough to know how much is the OL compared to how long he holds the ball, but regardless of the reason he has to find a way to reduce how often he's getting hit (these don't even include how many times he's been hurried or hit after the throw).

The 2020 draft class -- career QB record (min. 5 starts) Tua Tagovailoa -- 16-8 (67%) Jalen Hurts -- 12-10 (55%) Joe Burrow -- 13-15-1 (47%) Justin Herbert -- 16-19 (46%)
TN fans can learn a thing or two from the OP. This is quality bait.

The same could be said for Tua. Adding a second threat at WR so that teams can't just double Waddle, getting out from under a coach that seemed to hate rookie QBs, and solid instruction has gotten Tua to the talent we saw at Bama but at an NFL level. Presuming the Dolphins don't gut their roster after a year or two, his career looks promising.
Joe just needs to either get some serious upgrades at OL or they need to adjust the game plant for quicker routes. Joe's got a fast release, but if the goal is a homerun every other play the dude is going to continue getting slammed into way too often.

The amount of threads Alabama fans start about Joe Burrow is astonishing
