West:

Ole Miss @ Memphis - September 31 - Rebs are not ready for a first-game challenge, and that fast Memphis RB runs roughshod.
Auburn v. MSU - September 28 - after a narrow win on the road at Aggy, and before a tough game in The Swamp, Auburn has a let-down.
LSU @ MSU - October 19 - On the road after home game with Florida and before Auburn
A&M @ Ole Miss - October 19 - On the Road after Alabama and before MSU
Arky @ UK - October 12 - overlooking the Corn Crackers
Alabama @ Alabama - November 30 - Tide overlooks itself again. Loses in epic, one-play fashion. Saban looks old.
MSU @ Tenn - October 12 - Dawgs should win this game, but The Hog Drovers are pissed off after the other Dawgs narrowly escape Neyland with a win the week before.

East:

Tenn v. UAB - November 2 - between SC and a road trip to Kentucky.
Georgia - November 23 - Dawgs limp home after a physical rivalry slug fest with Auburn to face a team that has already faced #1 and 2.
UK v. Toledo - September 31 - Holy Toledo. No Snell and the gang. Toledo wants to make another statement win.
Mizzou v. Troy - October 5 - (See LSU lol)
Vandy @ Purdue - September 7 - Coming off a close home loss to Georgia.
SC v. North Carolina - August 31 - Mack Brown will be looking to make a statement.
Florida v. Vandy - November 9 - Right after Georgia. It could also be the following week @ Missouri.

I look forward to Grant Delpit leading MS State in receptions.

Again.

This an odd pick considering Ed O has a losing record against Florida as a head coach. If anything the UF game is a trap game

Darrell Henderson, the Memphis RB, was drafted by the Rams. They've still got a solid one in Pat Taylor, but he's a big, bruiser type back. They are also replacing three starters across the OL.

In before all the gamecocks start cackling about never losing to NC teams.

In what fricking world is aTm a trap game for UGA? It's probably the third/fourth biggest game we'll have in the regular season (2nd biggest home game) and it's so long anticipated at this point...

Notre Dame 1* (not sure they'll actually be the best team but the highest rated/perceived)
Auburn 2 - At JH, low expectations, solid enough returning roster on the LOS... I fully anticipate Auburn to give us a hard time
3/4 - Florida/aTm... Both coaches in year 2, something to prove.

LSU @Bama

3 score underdog that could very easily keep it close halfway through the 3rd quarter

Every game for MSU is a trap game. When you are the top team you get everyone's best effort.

Carolina probably beats the Heels. Trap game could be App. State. New coach at App so you don’t know but I wouldn’t sleep on them.

If they weren't in full overhaul mode, I'd agree... Switching from PJ to Collins is unlikely to set them up for a trap win scenario... but who the hell knows. In the meantime, don't think that it's going unnoticed that they're picking up what I would consider to be underrated recruits in the state. They just picked up a commitment from an undersized but really talented back out of Dalton, Jahmyr Gibbs. Give that kid a year or two in a college S&C program and he could be trouble.

A team that we haven't played in Knoxville in 10 years is a trap game?

Tech might lose 220-0 against us this year.

New coach, new system, new everything.

Open with Clemson-Close with UGA...gonna be a loooong year for the Ramblin Wreck of Ga Tech. Too bad - I really admired Paul Johnson. He saved Navy football.
