I hope Haynie comes back next year and we build the lineup around him. He's really come on late. But odds are he's gone, being that he's a catcher.

you are right and wrong. It is the last year of the contract but hoover along with others are in for the bid to host in the coming years. Keep up dude

I won't worry over starting pitching with Gaspard and Norris. Eicholtz will be a quality Friday starter next year. The bullpen will suffer with Burrows gone.

that may have been in their bid to keep it here. So the city is showing up front that they are willing to spend the money now to help the vote later.

Is LSU playing kind of risky? Are they playing for Sunday but facing elimination tonight? Strange way to manage pitching so far. Was the starter hurt or save him with only two innings.

This was his first game back from injury. 2 innings was always his limit.
