How long has this guy been doing this projection? Past results are the only way to truly tell if he has a good formula. 62% is probably high for anybody. I would have a hard time putting 0% on anybody.

Actually?
Tennessee, 1997 and 1998.
Interestingly, since that span, every team to have won an SEC title has won it more than once, just never in consecutive years:
Alabama - 3
Auburn - 2
LSU - 4
Georgia - 2
Florida - 3
I do know that Alabama and Florida played for the Title in consecutive years (2008, 2009) so each were very close to the repeat, but ended up splitting the title games those years.
Georgia had a shot in 2011/2012 and 2002/2003, but only won one of those four games.
Alabama is the only team to win consecutive West titles in that stretch, and Florida and Georgia are the only teams to win consecutive East titles in that stretch.
