not sure what to think about Ole Miss. A&M should win but I have no idea what the Rebs will be like with Auriemma as head coach

I like this prediction.

For some reason, posters on here think aTm can win 8-9 games after having a horrible record in the Big 12-2... Plus, they lost Cyrus Gray, Jeff Fuller, and Ryan Tannehill. Three of their biggest playmakers. I think they will have trouble in their first SEC season.

We are playing South Carolina State, not South Carolina.

I say 6-6 realistically.

Tech, SCSU, Sam Houston, and SMU are 4 wins. I think yall can get one over Ole Miss and MAYBE split Miss. State and Mizzou.

i thought something looked funny

5 an 7

4-8 at worst with a upset loss vs tech, i think 5-7 is most likely. 6-6 if they get lucky and upset auburn

It all depends on coaching. Talent has been there and still is.

We'll get Mizzou this year IMO and Miss State, Auburn and UF are a toss up in my eyes, but I'm siding with a L for now with Auburn and UF.

Not to marginalize the loss of those three playmakers, but A&M won't be as hapless as many would assume. Christine Michael returns for his senior season--when he's healthy, he's a bruising running back who'll welcome the physicality of the SEC. And while Jeff Fuller was a stud, his injuries his senior season limited his productivity, allowing Ryan Swope to step up as the primary receiving threat for the Ags. Swope is also coming back for his senior season.

QB is still a HUGE question mark, but we'll still get solid contributions on the offensive side of the ball.

Maybe Auburn and UF aren't true toss ups, but I'd give us something like a 40-45% chance to win each....We could very well win as a few as 4 or as many as 8.

6-6 is my realistic goal, but winning 5 or winning 7 woudln't shock me.

As a previous poster said, it depends on coaching. We'll sink or swim based on having the right COACHES in place, no matter what conference we are in. No doubt the SEC is tougher, but the right staff can win in either conference given the resources that A&M has.

Isnt that kind of what a toss up is....50/50, 60/40??
