I’m going to watch this game again to appreciate all those hard but clean hits that took place in that game. I just thought someone else would be interested to record or watch it. A true slug fest.

Bump, damn I forgot how much that block in the back call on Mark Barron’s interception was. This was a great game. It’s 3rd qr now with 6:30 left.

A lot of these players didn’t amount to much in the pros, some are having good careers but people act like this game had muiltple hall of famers on there.
That’s why I don’t take people serious when they throw around 7-8 1st rounder muiltple Future pro bowler on one team. People really don’t understand how hard it is to be great in the pros.

I was at this game. It is still the biggest crowd I've witnessed on campus for a game. Shoulder to shoulder crowd & every play was hard hitting high intensity to the end.

Actually, it meant that LSU won the SEC West and eventually went on to win the SEC that season

Being there viewing the heartbreaking defeat none of us would have thought it be years before LSU might be BAMA again. Talent level for both teams were even. Both fan bases CONFIDENT. Coaching staffs were considered best in the country.

How they called that game boring is beyond me. That was one of the best CFB games I’ve ever seen.
