Heard this too, sounds like Stone has always wanted to be a Vol, but had some serious problems with our former staff.

A kid that didn't fall for shirtless renditions of Wild Boyz UT???? Amazing.

I don't know what's going on. On that Scout prediction thread both guys had Arie Kouandjio going somewhere else but he's said were in his top two so that doesn't make sense. I think most people think we'll get him.

I want to get Stone but meh I appreciate the Kiffen hate If he wants to go to his in state school now that he doesn't have a petulant little clown running the program more power to him. But I still think were definitely in it.

I've always thought we were only getting three more. Arie K., Stone (may not be happening, I don't know) and somebody else. Now it looks like Ivory will probably be one, then probably Arie and somebody else if its not Stone. Saban visited Christian Jones and apparently blew him and his coach away a bit but I'm still not counting on that, but that would be a catch. Then there's Menzie, I kind of thought we had stopped focusing on him but Saban probably would like the idea of a little more experienced corner coming in.

I don't really know much about Calvin Smith.

I may have to venture over to tidefans and try not to vomit while everybody talks about "the process" so I can get some better info.

Apparently Menzie, Arie K., Stone, Brandon Ivory, Calvin Smith, and Christian Jones all have offers. I assume some are more of a priority than others.

I would think 1 and 2 and 3 would be Arie, Jones, and Menzie

ok so what happens if all of them say yes.(not likely) We only have 3 spots left, I dont understand how this works. Why extend offers 6 players with three spots left.

Thanks man. I'm hearing now that both Smith and Lemonier will likely end up at FSU so we might be just plain SOL on that one (Smith).

Gholston probably has an offer too but I suspect Saban thinks that's not happening, I at least haven't heard anything about it in a while.

And while Saban thought there was enough of a reason to go visit Christian Jones I still won't believe that till I see it, he's an FSU legacy and then there's Florida too. But its possible.

Im starting to lean Lemonier to FSU also. The sunshine pumpers on some AU site say "all AU' but at this time who really knows.

The argument that he will go to FSU because Mom wants him close doesnt hold water with me. FSU is still 8 hrs away by car.

There are priorities, everybody pretty much does it that way, you have to have a backup if the top three, in this case, don't commit.

Miami fans are saying that Lemonier was telling everyone that FSU was the team to beat while he was at Miami this past weekend. And apparently, Miami didn't do a good job of changing his mind.

Preferably I'd take Arie K, Ivory and Calvin.

I heard the stuff about Stone saying after meeting with Dooley it's evened out some after I posted this last night. Can't blame the kid for hating Kiffin and looking elsewhere. We still have a good shot at him though.

Arie would be a great pull because his little brother would almost be a certain lock as well.

I've never been that high on Stone. I wish him the best of luck wherever he goes and will welcome him should that be Bama, but I honestly won't care if he decides to head elsewhere.
