Look, people are giving Aggie a break for being in the West. If the West is that much better than the East, Aggie with Johnny Football should've stomped Mizzou. Didn't happen.
Also, I remember that the week before the Ole Miss game, the majority of the rant believe that Ole Miss would expose Mizzou simply because the perception was that the West is VASTLY superior in strength to the East.
Mizzou shite stomped Ole Miss and then "upset" Aggie and then lost a close game to the best team in the West.
Yes...a close game. You can't spin it any other way.

Auburn "stomped" South Carolina in 2010.
Missouri-Auburn was a game until the last 10 minutes, despite Mizzou's complete inability to stop the run.

im not using it as an excuse at all. we lost, you won. I have said many times on this board that mizzou would have had a better year in 2012 if they did not have to deal with as many injuries as they did.

what? you said oh we beat manziel and a&m. I was just pointing out that manziel couldn't throw the ball at all with a fricked up thumb. you guys beat us, but I wouldn't go off on how mizzou beating us with a fricked up manziel as a way to show how they also could have won the west

Look at the scoring output for A&M before and after the MSU game. Then compare that to our bowl game. Healthy Manziel would have put up 30-40 on Michael Sam and co. But no excuses though you guys won, congrats. Much props to Josey though for carrying you guys towards the end of the season...against A&M, Auburn, and Oklahoma State.
On a side note the same shite happened in the B12. Mizzou only won the North when Nebraska, Colorado, the lack of purple wizard, were down. What was that 07-09?
