hey scored, on average, 9.61ppg more than the teams they played allowed on average.

Looks like the teams they played all had killer D's.

Exactly -- and the defenses they played in 2011 were worse.

What, What, What??? States D-Line is the strength of their team.

Our DE's will be much improved and Quay and Nick will be very improved as well as we are adding Chris Jones and RS FR Torrey Dale and AJ Jefferson.

From a thread I once started elsewhere... Broken down to BCS opponents. 2012 OKLAHOMA STATE COWBOYS SCHEDULE L59-38 vs Arizona -- #104(35.3ppg) -- 2.7 over L41-36 vs Texas -- #72(29.2ppg) -- 6.8 over W20-14 vs Kansas -- #112(36.1ppg) -- 22.1 under W31-10 vs Iowa St -- #38(23.9ppg) -- 7.1 over W36-14 vs TCU -- #30(22.6ppg) -- 13.2 over L44-30 vs Kansas St -- #28(22.2ppg) -- 7.8 over W55-34 vs West Va -- #117(38.1ppg) -- 16.9 over W59-21 vs Texas Tech -- #91(31.8ppg) -- 27.2 over L51-48 OT vs Oklahoma -- #50(25.5ppg) -- 22.5 over L41-34 vs Baylor -- #113(37.2ppg) -- 3.2 under W58-14 vs Purdue -- #87(31.2ppg) -- 26.8 over They scored, on average, 9.61ppg more than the teams they played allowed on average. In the past 3 years, we've allowed: 2012: 23.3ppg 2011: 19.7ppg 2010: 19.6ppg Based on this, their scoring "expectation" against us should be approximately 33 points IF we didn't improve defensively at all from last year and their offense didn't get worse.

You put way too much effort into attempting to get strangers to agree with you.

we WILL NOT get Blown out by OSU, and I think we have a very good shot of beating them.

Going to have revisit this one for sure. Gundy has 3 QB's better than any of the QB's in Missisip.

OSU has lost a lot of their firepower it will be interesting to see who they plug in the lines. All of my buddies on the team but a handful have moved on now. A lot of assistants from the last couple years have moved onto bigger jobs too.

Will be curious how the O-coordinator he pulled from a DII school adjusts. I regret every penny I ever spent at that damn school but I don't MSU and Mullens can game plan well enough to win.

State's D could def be better this year now that Wilson is gone. My whole point is them having to face that attack right out of the gate with some inexperience in the secondary and a new DC could be a very tough proposition.

And my point is this. What the frick makes you think their offense is going to be hitting on all fricking cylinders in the first game. No fricking way a defense that plays in the SEC is going to fold int he first game against a one dimensional team.

Stating facts and exerting effort aren't mutually exclusive? Huh, weird.

Remind me again, why is it that you're dick riding state?

Including OC Todd Monken who was just hired by Southern Miss, and I think he brought 1 or 2 OSU ast coaches with him.

However I assume Gundy calls all of the plays.
