There will NEVER be a 16 team playoff....1 simple reason....backlash from a possible ALL SEC Final 4!

Scrap a few out of conference garbage rent a win games and do away with lesser tier bowl games.... add the first round as a home game for the higher seed.... play it out... everyone profits

Even in that scenario if you follow them out, LSU plays Alabama for the NC.

I like it! MUCH more watchable than bowl games between #5-16.
