130 years ago today: OU football won its first game in program history with a 12-0 win over Norman High School in Oklahoma City.
OU had no coach that season, as former head coach John Harts left to go prospecting for gold in the Arctic.

All the sources I see have this game being played on Nov. 13, 1896 with the game being played at Norman High...
Doesn't make any sense for them to have played in OKC.

Welcome to the party. 133 years ago Ole Miss beat the Mississippi school of the blind in a friendly game of tackle football.
