These renderings don’t show the entire project, no idea why they released them today. But even then, it’s not what you would expect for $100M. I think they had to go back and ask for another 35M just due to inflation. Should have done this years ago and saved a ton.

Upgrades explained

When it is done this will be a top notch stadium. Renovations starting in 2024 and be completed by time 2025 season starts.

They going to expand the outfield too? Maybe like most dimensions. 375 in the alleys and 400 to CF?

Most of the stadiums in this league are nicer and were built at a fraction of the cost. Someone is getting fleeced if that is a $100 million quote

This cost us 68 million and it was a complete tear down and rebuild of the entire stadium and ballpark

Not to mention it being the nicest park, by far, anywhere in college baseball. The original quote for the LN renovation was like 58 million, which seemed high for what they were doing. Somehow they found 40 million more in costs. I know building costs are high right now but it shouldn’t cost that much for that renovation

No, it shouldn't. The cost doesn't match the renderings.

At that cost, you’d think they were building a brand new stadium that trumps Dudy Noble

Funny, and sad, how all these "new" accounts show up once the season is over & he/it/them/they/whatever are free to throw out more BS, since there is nothing on the line anymore.

He’d crawl through a mile of shite to take the LSU AD job. Tennessee is a second-rate SEC program.
