I don't know that Arkansas spreading the ball around more is a good argument. Since we threw to Adams all the time, teams were keying in on him big time, lots of double-teams. And the dude still got open.
And imo, Adams is a "system" WR like Tebow is a "system" QB. (Not placing them on the same level, just taking issue with the utility of the "system" label.)
