Roasted is the only of the three that produces gravy and that's all that matters.
You can make gravy if you set your turkey in a roast pan. Mad Max Turkey recipe creates a fantastic gravy.

Stuffing is same as dressing. My ex's late grandma had an excellent cornbread dressing recipe. I still use it sometimes. The first time I made it was in a roasted goose.

Seasoned appropriately, fried turkey is the best.

Smoked turkey really is so good. Fried is a close second. Roasted if it’s done well is also great.

Are Texans aware that the rest of the country automatically dismisses y'all's opinions on cooked meats?

Anyone who gives a shite what people call BBQ is a clown.
I don't give a damn what people call it, I like brisket and I like pork. I eat both. Anyone who doesn't like it can kiss my arse.

1. Ham
2. Fried
3. Roasted
4. Smoked
I'm not really a big turkey fan, although I don't hate it and will eat it. I'm guessing I've never had a good smoked turkey, so part of my ranking is probably me. I always found it easiest to just drop the turkey off and have someone else fry it.
But for me, I'm all about the ham when it's available.

Be stupid over meat because you think everything is a contest. I don't care, I'll be eating the frick out of both.

Smoked ham with a glaze thrown on at the end is incredible

I'm talking about the fact you want people to kiss your arse. That's the trashy part.
