There is no sport, none at all, so painful to watch a death by a thousand cuts as fricking baseball. Slaps, slices, bleeders, bouncers. The physics of hitting a round ball with a round stick are cruel, and the comedy of errors of a team all catching the yips and compounding mistake after mistake is worse. Like I said, it's painful. That last half inning was fricking torture.
