Because he wasn't aiming for the head. Next to impossible to tackle horizontally without your helmet being on top, so that's just part of the game when you tackle between the pads.

Radio may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer but good call by the staff to put him in the gunner role.....

It's okay to admit that the next Adrian Peterson got rocked. It wouldn't have mattered if he saw him or not. Foster is just a human missile.
