Gurley is out until November 15th. Instead of getting pissed off and banging your head against the wall, screaming at the NCAA, and throwing in the towel, consider:

- We manhandled 2 decent SEC teams on the road without Gurley
- Our next 2 games without Gurley are against the worst UF team since 1979 and a decent SEC team on the road (see first point)
- UK is a nooner. Look at what happened @ Mizzou at noon.
- Gurley will be back against Auburn, and there could not be a better game for him to return. If UGA and AU take care of business the next 2 weeks, Sanford stadium will erupt when Gurley gets his first snap and the rest will be history.
- Finally:

I wouldn't count W's just yet. And I also wouldn't be surprised if he never played another down at UGA.

Georgia did the right thing. Again.

Whether the NCAA is doing the right thing is a matter for debate.

But I'm glad UGA handled it the way they did. Now let's get this shite behind us and focus gators.

If we win the next two, I think he'll be back for AU. We'll still have 5 more games & possibly 6 if we make the playoffs. i think he'd come back for a shot at a Natty...

Nothing we can do about it at this point. Just be glad we've got serious depth at RB. Chubb is good enough to beat uf and ky.

Barners gonna melt when Gurley goes for 250 and 4 tds against them.

I'd feel more comfortable with Michel healthy. I've written off Marshall at this point. I still think, correction - KNOW, we can take care of business with Chubb...we need Gurley for AU though, and for now it seems we will have him.

Ditto. When he's eligible to return, we could still be in the running for SEC title, National title, and IMO, he is still in the running for the Heisman. No RB1 leaves under those circumstances.

Just look at it as He's not injured, and will be fully healthy and ready to go in our most important game of the regular season! Atleast thats what we must do!

Once again, why should he return? As others have said, his stock won't be affected if he never plays another down.

If he does come back, do we expect him to play Gurley style or tap out after one play?

LINK

EDIT: Just realized that the post I just linked was originally directed at you and you kind of agreed with it...or at least could not disagree. Don't think an extra 2 games really changes that particular situation (his draft stock) too much.

Great link to earlier post. But, as others have said, it won't affect him. Fresh legs. All he has to do is perform at the combine.

I think Georgia has appealed the decision. It would be nice if the NCAA Reduces it to 3 games giving Gurley 1 game to get his game legs back before Auburn. That's what I am hoping for.

He won't be after missing 4 games.
