If Big 10 offered Mizzou full membership, why would we leave the SEC?

I need a bulleted list of reasons Mizzou would leave the SEC for the Big 10. I need talking points for a Big 10 event that I'll be at tomorrow evening.

The only scenario in which I see Mizzou leaving the SEC, is if they want to go to the B1G with KU. Playing Kansas, Nebraska, Illinois, and Iowa every year might be something y'all consider. Could be wrong though. Otherwise, locking down KU as a permanent OOC game and whipping Arkansas regularly might be your dream come true.
