you've got to have a time frame..
You can have two posts about the same thing at the same time or close enough where it is plausible that both were typing at the same time.
I think it's a bad idea. Let the public shaming continue on.

Well that would be quite obvious when that happens. This is now the 3rd thread about this issue, when the 1st (and excellently worded in the title) has never left the front page. People are literally too stupid and lazy to scroll their eyes a few inches downward. That deserves punishment.
