Hey fellow ags, Its 3andout my account got banned (no clue why Chicken wont email me back) so until I am unbanned I am living vicariously through BearBait.

It depends on why you were banned in the first place but yes they do work. The reinstatement threads that chicken does in the OT Lounge every couple months gets tons of people reinstated. We got Roger K back in one of those.
I'll link it once I'm done posting it so a bunch of our guys can go support it. Don't be surprised when a bunch of fans from other teams say they don't support, that's normal.
