The most recent thread about facilities upgrade on the SECr made me wonder if there is any published master plan for A&M.
I found this document: Master Plan
The Arkansas plan linked in that thread was fairly impressive. They even had suites at their softball and tennis stadia.
Other, than the rebuild/renovation of Kyle, and putting aside the current performance (or lack thereof) of the teams, what would y'all like to see done?
I'll start with the outdoor track facility. Pat Henry deserves much better.

I'd like to see a coaching renovation in men's basketball.

Both the outdoor track facility and softball stadium are up next for renovation. As they renovate and expand the vet school, a cross country track and facility will be built into the area. I believe there are also talks about improving the soccer stadium as well, but softball and outdoor track are the priority. I'm not sure if they will be addressed during Kyle Field renovation or held until after it's completed. With equestrian also getting a new facility, I believe all of our sports teams will have upgraded facilities at that point.

So if Fran didn't suck cock, Kyle would be a monstrosity seating 115k.

What exactly does it take to get someone to invest in suites for softball and tennis? "Yes, I would love to regularly attend these non-revnue sporting events in person, but only if you can assure me I'll be physically isolated from the 8 other people in attendance?" God, I hope we don't have fans like that.

This.
I like watching the Olympic sports and all but suites at the softball field seem like a bit much. But I suppose if there is a market for it...
