Somebody just posted a video of the S&C guy. He seems specifically focused on conditioning for the HUNH offense. I like it.

ETA: Dammit.

Yep. As soon as I saw the video a couple hours ago, I was completely on board with that guy. Young guy with an awesome fresh outlook.

I am interested to see his approach to turning around the toughness of the defense and offensive line.

Guys quit getting your panties in a wad. This is MALZAHNS offense. He created it. He is picking people who knows his offense about as good as he does. On the defense is a different story. He will let Johnson take care of that.

It does seem that way but Freeze did this at Ole Miss I believe. Not saying its the best thing to do but its what Gus is comfortable with obviously.

Who else would he hire though?

Most of the hires he's made have been at AU with him before they were at Ark. St. so I wouldn't really call them Sun Belt buddies. Lashlee was a GA at AU 2009-2010, Russell was here as a Interim to Yox I think and Woods was Quality control coach here a couple of years ago.
