If Merkel does so, there are a number of John Does in the lawsuit.
Sheridan? Sheridan's boss at NCAA, the NCAA? Mulllen? Wolken? Forde? Robertson? MSU Compliance? A certain coach at Co-Lin JC?
Any relative of Leo and Kobe?
Is this why Don Barrett, a lawyer who made a fortune on the tobacco settlement, has been brought into the case? To sue these bastards on behalf of Ole Miss and get the millions back in the loss of SEC pool revenue?
