At the very least, he needs to understand how much all of this impacts the lives and futures of his players and coaches. None of us are in the same room as them to know what’s going on between all of them and if they’re on the same page or not…..but decisions like this could be the difference in someone getting a chance at the NFL or driving a van for Amazon.

If he does not understand it in this situation he will absolutely never understand. Our players don't live in a vacuum and it is hanging over everything they do as unfair as that is to them.
