We really needed to sign a 2012 class during NCAA sanctions.

Look at Ole Miss recruiting classes even including 2016 top 5 class and damn a lot of those names haven’t done shite at Ole Miss. The 2012 class is the worst recruiting ranking class we’ve signed and damn did it produce a lot of good players from it. Bo Wallace, Jaylen Walten, Cody Core, Robert Conyers, Pierce Burton, Ben Still, Isaac Gross, Channing Ward, Mike Hilton, and Trae Elston all came from that class. The 2016 class had three great players from it and not much else. The fact that this roster doesn’t have many upperclassmen that aren’t juco really puts in perspective about how bad some of those classes are.

The CJ Johnson, Donte Moncrief class (2010?) is the best class we've ever had. They are the big reason we had success in 2014-2015. They were leaders and kept those talented players focussed

It was the 2011 class it also had Cody Prewitt, Senquez Golson, Aaron Morris and a few other starters. 2011 to 2013 that was three insane recruiting classes looking back at it.

We were never going to sign a good class with them hanging the axe over our head. It's pretty simple if you think about it. Freeze also had a ton of busts and misses from the 2015-2016 classes.

The 2012 class came off the worst season Ole Miss has ever had. It was the worst ranked recruiting class we’ve ever signed at 48 and was considered one of the worst classes in the SEC. We only signed 18 in that class and about half of them were good players. Look at the 16 and 17 recruiting classes and outside of a handful of guys it’s pretty shitty.
