How about late night IM threads here to make the desire to get posting access higher? Plus, most people that post in IM threads on the OTB have access here.

We tried doing this a month or so ago to try and remove some of the OT chatter on our recruiting thread. The thread got deleted though for some reason and we never got an explanation.

We had some of that going on over on the Mizzou board. They came in and deleted almost all the stuff that could be considered IM-ish and the board's been dead ever since.
