Anyone else think we will have the best team under AK?

PG - Summers
SG - White
SF - Williams
PF - Holloway
C - Buckner

Bench: Newby, Cox, Jones. I'm sure I'm missing someone.

This team finally feels like a team he can run with with outside shooting, defense and rebounding. Yall think we can win 10 in conference?

If AK doesn't get in the tournament this year, he never will.

I firmly believe this is AK's best chance at getting to the dance.

AK has done real well at getting talent here. I really do believe that he gets us to the dance this year. I thought he was snubbed his first season. But that is the past.

I cant' wait to see what kind of talent he brings in when we have a real basketball arena to recruit with. I just hope he is here that long. I really do like AK as a coach.

That will be one of our lineups, but I doubt its our starting lineup. I see it arse...

Summers
Williams
Perez
Murph
Buckner

Millinghaus and Newby off the bench to run the point

Henderson as 3 point threat to replace the steady short range and excellent defender, Nick Williams. Snoop will come in for that quick driving guard.

Look for a great year from Jones and Carter. Both have perfect SF bodies. Nick can be moved here if we cant keep Henderson or snoop off the bench

Demarco will be our first and most important big man off the bench. He underwent surgery a week ago, but should be full speed by conference play. Im not sure Jones or Carter are physical enough to play replace Murph or Buckner, but will give a good change of pace like Terrence did when our big men got a breather. I think Brutus will RS but if not he is a murph clone and is very physical.

We are stacked and I will be shocked if we dont ruin the west

The sec is down this season, if we don't win 10 I'm going to be pissed.

Also with state being down this is our chance to take over their spot.

It just seems that this is the first year we don't have to rely on a Fr or the 3 point shot to win games. This should be a huge help on the road where everyone in the SEC struggles.

We will find out early in Hawaii. The Diamondhead has good teams with different styles of play. Also our non conference schedule sets up well to prepare us for sec play (4 teams who won 20+ games and 5 teams who made postseason appereances) I love AK as a coach however I feel like it may be do or die for him this year.
