I just go rent the ones at the Okatoma in seminary... Over the summer I'll probably go buy one because I really love going...
The Okatoma has a few little Rapids and one bigger one... It's pretty calm and relaxing for the most part

Gonna have to try out the Okatoma then.
On different note, my carb cheat day was yesterday. Made homemade lasagna with San Marzano tomatoe sauce, three different types of meats and three types of cheeses. Polished it off with carrot cake with a shite-ton of sour cream frosting. Packing to hit the gym to knock the carbo bloat off before heading to Shrevevagas!

I got out of The Fish Bowl this weekend. I went fishing yesterday and turned off my phone for a few hours. It was lovely and I highly recommend it.

It always happens to me on the way back from the gym. I'm about a 3 minute drive away so I always do an extra loop around the block.

As long as it's not filled with high fructose corn syrup and does have organic ingredients.
Freaking naked juice and Odwalla claim to be healthy but they aren't creme de la creme. Naked being owned by coca cola.

Looks like it's the same stuff as I make at home. If it is, shite's delicious.
There's also a place in Oxford called Local foods or Local Flavor (can't remember exactly) by Sky Mart that makes really good juices too. It's an organic cafe kinda thing.
